Romeo and Juliet (adaptation to the 1960s) Pathfinder


This pathfinder is designed to help 9-12th grade students as they research Romeo and Juliet to write a literary critique of the play. The themes of Romeo and Juliet transcend many time periods. This pathfinder will also guide students as they adapt a scene from Shakespeare’s play to the culture 1960s. Student adaptions will include a script, set design, costume design, a dictionary of terms from the era, and a marketing plan for the redesigned plan.
